To Register;
1. Download and print the registration form either in French or English above
2. Download and print the Medical Permission Waiver form.
3. Complete the forms.
4. Make cheque payable to: Loisirs au Soleil camp d’été francophone
5. Mail the completed form and waiver with your payment cheque to the address on registration form.
6. In order to keep costs down, we do not accept any other form of payment.
7. NOTE: Parent or legal guardian will need to come in person the first day to re-sign the waiver in
front of the Camp Coordinator.
Cancellation / Refund Policy;
Notification of any cancellations must be made to the Registrar at registration@loisirsausoleil.com at least 14 days prior to the start date. A $25. administrative fee per child / per week will be applied. Refunds will be issued in October.
